I love summer and the opportunity it provides for me to dive back into books I have been too busy to read during the school year. Here I will keep a running tally of the books I've been reading over the summer. And I will admit, this summer I have set a few goals for myself:
What are some of your favorite books? Any suggestions on what I should read next? JuneFinished: - Inferno by Dan Brown (2.5 stars- sad I didn't like this one more since I have really enjoyed some of Dan Brown's other books like Angels and Demons and The Da Vinci Code) - Home by Harlan Coben (3 stars- fun and quick mystery) - A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman (5 stars- I LOVED this book! Ove is such a despicable, old grump, but you cant help but feel for him and love him in the end.) Currently reading: -The Year We Disappeared by - 10 Things Every Writer Needs to Know by Jeff Anderson ( Coming Up: - An Acquaintance with Darkness by Anne Rinaldi - A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith JulyComing up: - 1984 by George Orwell - Eats, Shoots & Leaves by Lynne Truss - The Taming of the Shrew by William Shakespeare - Laughing at my Nightmare by Shane Burcaw AugustComing up:
- Anthem by Ayn Rand - I am Number Four by - The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Achor
